Ladies. This is the year of the Moto! If you’ve yet to invest in a stylish fall and winter jacket this year, might I suggest you head in this direction. I’m not even sure where to start with how fabulous the style and cut of a Moto jacket really is, but I’m going to do my best to make you a believer like myself.
First off, the Moto jacket is so popular this year that I guarantee you’ll be able to find yourself one that fits your price point and your style preferences. Some might like lux leather while some prefer denim. Then there might be a few that prefer a chino version or even a soft, comfortable fleece. The options are practically endless and there really is something for everyone! While I tend to invest less in the trendy pieces and more in the things that I know I’ll wear for seasons to come, I still considered this worth more than I would normally pay for an item that is clearly a really popular item right now. I felt confident enough with how much I liked this Moto that even if there’s a more popular style that rolls out next year (which there will be…), I’ll still be able to wear and enjoy this jacket.
Another big plus for a Moto jacket, to me, is the overall cut. This jacket is designed to be really fitted pretty much all around which gives you the option to wear it zipped or unzipped. Either way you decide to wear it, you’ll keep your top half looking clean and slender. I would go as far as saying that this jacket will fit more like a shirt and if you size it correctly, you won’t be able wear too much underneath that’s on the thicker side. I opted for a simple white tee but a thin sweater would work okay as well. I have the tippi in mind as being the perfect material for layering under this jacket.
Finally, what sets a Moto jacket apart from the rest is the fact that it has a lot more hardware in terms of zippers and buttons. It’s a step outside the box of predictability where you can take what might be a simple outfit and with just one jacket, step it up a notch. Take it from a girl who is often in cable knit cashmere and quilted bags that the moto jacket can really work for everyone. I absolutely adore this new jacket and I know it will get a ton of use over the coming months. Because I’m not too flashy or too trendy, I opted for a jacket Moto jacket that was black and while it has the added hardware on the zippers and buttons it’s not too loud, which is perfect for me!
So, whether you splurge for a investment jacket with quality lambskin leather or stick with either the easy and affordable cotton or denim, you won’t be disappointed in the hottest jacket this season.
