Football isn’t just about getting together with friends and watching the game anymore. It’s a coordinated even with matching game day clothes, gear, and home goods. And, if you’re at our house it also involves a fair amount of competition due to a competitive fantasy football league! Here’s a few ways to show off your team spirit while serving game time munchies.
These platters are a perfect way to serve up crackers and veggies in style. They’re particularly useful when you make Franks Buffalo Chicken Dip, my personal favorite football snack, for the celery, carrots, and wheat thins. These would also make great wedding gifts for the couple devoted to their team.

Since the dip is a bit spicy you might need a drink to wash things down. Custom Koozies are a great way to enjoy a beverage and keep your hands from getting cold or wet from the drink sweating.

After the first half it might be time to take a break and go outside for some friendly cornhole competitions. What’s cornhole? Basically it’s a bean bag game that involves players taking turns throwing bags of corn at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. Play continues until a team or player reaches the score of 21. Kick the game up a notch with personalized cornhole boards of your favorite teams. Or if you’re a house divided why not get one of each and take the competition truly outside.

Game day clothes can be anything from a sweatshirt and jeans to a cute dress or monogrammed t-shirt. If you’re crafty you can even make your own dress using this tutorial but if you’re like me, and know that you’ll never actually accomplish finishing it, then maybe buying a trendy monogrammed pocket tee is more your thing.
