Leggings are an essential part of my daughter’s wardrobe and they have been since she was a baby. But, for the most part they play a supporting role: under a dress, with a tunic, etc. We’ve rounded up some leggings that will be the highlight of any outfit. And, we think leggings are equal opportunity so we have some adorable options for boys, too.

Black & White Bullseye Leggings (American Apparel, $18). What’s black and white and matches everything all over? These graphic bullseye leggings.

Cheeseburger Baby Leggings (littlefour, $30). Nothing says “chubby baby legs”  like a pair of tight pants covered in cheeseburgers. Definitely boy-friendly, we think these are awesome, even if baby is a milketarian. (Like a vegetarian. Get it? Ha.)

Fox Leggings (The Trendy Tot, $28). Foxes are popping up all over stylish clothes this spring and your little one’s leggings should be no exception.

Gold Lame Leggings (American Apparel, $21). Two words: gold lame. The end.

Mustache Leggings (Candy Kirby Designs, $38).  We know mustaches are all the rage now – and we think they’re pretty fun, too. But we love the cool and calm color scheme of the ‘staches in these leggings.

Plus Sign Leggings (Candy Kirby Designs, $38). No need to learn arithmetic because the equation is simple: these leggings plus any old top equals amazing outfit for a boy or a girl.

Rainbow and Clouds Leggings (The Trendy Tot, $28). What is not to love about these leggings? They are perfection.

Right Left Kids Leggings (Hello Apparel, $24). Simple and smart, these leggings from Hello Apparel are just too much. Love them!

Swirl Print Baby Leggings (littlefour, $25). littlefour has a great collection of leggings and this pair represents the fun and modern aesthetic.

Two-tone Stripes Leggings (Polkadot What, $32). Pick your colors and design your own leggings. Full of fun and whimsy, and we love that they can reflect the personality of the little person who wears them.

These are so neat! I love the foxes, but the chubby little legs in cheeseburgers would be irresistible! I checked out the Etsy shop than headed over to candy kirby, ha ha I love the little mustaches!

all of them are so stinkin’ cute! I love the foxes leggings! The rainbow one is a little too colorful but would look great on a little girl with lots of character.
