I’ve never made up a recipe in my life so I credit this delicious creation to this pregnancy. Okay, Pinterest and this pregnancy. Last week I made some Rolo Cookies from this Six Sisters’ Stuff recipe I discovered on Pinterest. They tasted amazing. But then I got to thinking… what is the only thing that could improve upon chocolate and caramel goodness? Salt and crunch, that’s what. I now present the most delicious AND EASY cookie ever: Rolo Pretzel Cookies.
Rolo Pretzel Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- Package Rolos
- Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- Package Mini Pretzels – SALTED (You’ll notice my husband accidentally bought Unsalted for this batch, but the saltiness is what makes them super delish)

Instructions
1. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil. The dough will be thick.
2. Stack an unwrapped Rolo on a pretzel and wrap with dough. Use just enough dough to cover both the Rolo and pretzel.
3. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 8 – 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
5. Enjoy! And share… maybe.
Makes about 2.5 dozen.

January 19, 2012I bet they are yummy! I’ll have to try these. I make the square pretzels with rolo then m&m placed on top, all the time. Never thought of putting them in a cookie. Yum!

January 19, 2012Holy yummy Kate! I would be in so much trouble if I made these, I would consume my daily amount of calories in one sitting!
Surely 4 isn’t a WHOLE day’s calorie recommendation, is it? Because that’s my record for one sitting.
