Welcome to What I Wore Wednesday. We were out of town and traveling and Christmasing so my clothes were a contrast between total comfort and trying to look nice to celebrate the holiday. Here are some favorite looks from the past week.
I ordered this shirt in the Tulle crazy Cyber Monday sale and I wasn’t sure how it would work. Without the belt it looked like a giant muumuu (which I totally support for pregnant women), but was rather unfortunate. I thew on a belt above the bump so I at least looked pregnant. The shirt, however, still looks like my grandmother’s tablecloth. You can’t see the bottom of the outfit, but it’s skinny jeans with brown suede boots.
Top: Tulle
Belt: Banana Republic
Jeans: Slim Fit Motherhood Maternity
Boots: Ellen Tracy

Despite the fact that I can’t seem to wear them without looking totally awkward, I keep trying with the leggings. I actually enjoyed this attempt at leggings but that is due to my new shoes! UGG Cardy Boots from my husband for Christmas. <3.
Shirt & Leggings: Max Studio
Scarf: Years and years old from a market in Germany
Boots: UGG Classic Cardy Boots
To join in the fun, head over to The Pleated Poppy blog and Monday Mingle. If you post about What You Wore, leave a comment with link so I can check it out.

January 1, 2012Not crazy about the pattern either on that top shirt, but I love the style of it. Smart thinking with the belt. And how cute are you in leggings 29 weeks preggo? Holy wow, you look SO good. And your boots…bet the hubby got brownie points for those. So cute.
Thank you.
And, I’m totally loving the boots. He followed my directions on what to get me very well. LOL

January 2, 2012I love your fashion sense! When I was pregnant I was always looking for fashionable maternity wear and truthfully I found it hard to find, especially for working women. In the warmer months, I just wore dresses which was great but they were still maternity-esque…..Not that anything is wrong with being pregnant, but that area in fashion still needed some catching up.
Anyway, I own a 3 boutiques, http://www.HarperGraceBaby.com
http://www.HarperGraceMaternity.com (Trendy maternity clothing)
http://www.HarperGraceOrganics.com
The baby website is up and the maternity site is in the works but viewable.
So I my husband and I decided to have baby number 3, I am hoping to look very fashionable!
Have a Great New Year!
