It’s What I Wore Wednesday. A fun link up hosted at The Pleated Poppy with the idea that sharing an outfit or two with the whole internets will make us busy moms a little more accountable. The goal is to ditch the yoga pants and embrace a little fashion. Although, you’d never know it by looking at these two outfits. And sadly, they were near the best of the bunch this week.
So I really tried to embrace the leggings this week and failed miserably. How does a pregnant woman wear leggings without looking ginormous? Leggings must cover my rear and hip area or it is a no-go fo sho’. I refused to take photos of my first attempt but here’s the second.

It’s really pathetic that I’m excited when it rains so that I can wear my Missoni for Target rain boots without looking like a total poser. Lucky for me it rained yesterday. I probably should have gone with the skinny jeans inside the boots, but I wasn’t in the mood. Oh well.
Shirt: LOFT
Jeans: Citizens of Humanity Maternity
Boots: Missoni for Target

November 26, 2011i totally want fun rain boots. I keep hesitating, however, because I have never seen another adult wear rainboots unless they are like working in the barn…but now I see, adults can wear rain boots!!! Gotta get me some now!
