I’m excited to be teaming up with some other great moms as a Philips AVENT Ambassador. We will be chatting all things pregnancy for the next several weeks, and whether you’re currently expecting or not, I’d love for you to join the conversation on the Philips AVENT Mom Tribe at Mom Bloggers Club. This week we’re talking all about the crazy journey that is pregnancy: memorable moments and surprises.
I think it’s safe to say that the biggest surprise about this pregnancy is the fact that, well, there is a pregnancy. A third baby wasn’t in our plans and, even at 20 weeks pregnant, I’m still getting used to the idea that we’re going to welcome another little being into our family. I have to admit that I thought I’d be more adjusted to the idea by now, but I still find myself confused and nervous and overwhelmed about having another baby.
Even though I didn’t expect to be in this situation, I have really been enjoying the pregnancy lately. I am finally feeling better on a day-to-day basis which is such a huge relief. It makes it so much easier to enjoy the great parts of the pregnancy. Without a doubt, the best part of the pregnancy so far was the ultrasound – and having my son there to see the baby. I loved seeing his face and listening to his completely innocent perspective and commentary.

October 28, 2011Congrats to the 3rd baby. I myself just had my first baby girl a month ago, and couldn’t imagine any day without her.
Hope you’ll be able to enjoy your pregnancy.
Betty
Thank you, Bettina! And congrats on your little one.
