Everything Tastes Better When It’s Shaped Like a Dinosaur

by Kate on July 27th, 2011 | 10 Comments » | In In the Kitchen

My 4 year old is a picky eater. Picky, picky, picky. So, I resort to fun and games like baking corn muffins in the shape of dinosaurs just so that he will eat them. But, you know what? It usually works. Whether you’re trying to entice your child into eating healthier homemade food or throwing a dinosaur theme party, here are some great finds for your kitchen. And, yes, I confess to purchasing at least half of these.

Wilton Dinosaur Shaped Pan ($12.99)

Silikomart Silicone Chocolate Dinosaur Mold ($10.99)

Fox Run Dinosaur Cookie Cutter Set ($6.10)

DynoBytes Sandwich Crust Cutter ($4.89)

Nordic Ware Pro Cast Dinosaur Cakelette Pan ($22.10)

Happy dino-cooking!

Oooh – the sandwich cutter is definitely a good one, I’m going to be buying that one. I know what you mean about picky eaters, we always have to buy the Tyson Dinasour shaped nuggets instead of the round ones just so my boys will eat.
Your new blog design is beautiful too! Love it.

That is such a tough question! I suppose it would be watermelon. But peaches are in a very close second!
