When I was checking out some of the great personalized gift ideas for the holidays from Things Remembered, I knew I wanted the Digital Key Chain for my husband. It’s a small and compact way for my husband to have photos of his family near him all the time.

About the Digital Key Chain

In this digital age, the in-wallet photo sleeve has become obsolete. Now proud moms can show off the kids opening presents, their family vacation photos or any other favorites in 21st century style. The new digital photo key chain houses 100 photos that can be easily uploaded by plugging it into either a PC or a Mac with the included USB cord. The compact silver key chain is small enough to slip in a pocket or purse with a photo quality the recipient be impressed to show off. And the back can be engraved with a special message.

Prepping & Packaging

The Key Chain arrives in a handsome black box with silver accents, and presentation is important at the holidays – this passes the test. I had the keychain engraved with my husband’s initials, but you can also have a short message or name added to the Key Chain.

I wanted to prep the Key Chain and load it with lots of photos of the kids before sending it to my husband. The process is very simple and instructions are simple. You connect the Key Chain to your computer (PC or Mac) with the included USB cord and browse your computer’s files. Once you click on a photo, you crop it to fit the small screen on the Key Chain. You can even zoom and rotate the photo so it looks just how you like on the Key Chain. Press the Sync button and you’re done. Honestly, it’s very simple and I think it’s worth taking the time to add photos before giving the Key Chain as a gift.
