<description>But be careful of what kind of Robeez shoe you buy:

I recently purchased a pair of Robeez (Crash and Smash Boys EU 21 RB32482) and am severely upset about how hard they are to put on. My son is 1 year old and I underestimated how impossible it would be to get these on and off.. now he cries the minute I pull them out and try to put them on. I&#039;ve been a loyal Robeez fan since my daughter put on her first pair 3 years ago. But this pair should be discontinued. It is too late for me to return them to the store I bought them from, he has already worn them outside.

Dear Amy,

Thank you for contacting Robeez. We always enjoy hearing from our customers.

We are sorry to hear that the elastics may be too tight. The elastics are an “average” size, but every baby is different. There is a quick fix for you!

If you are handy with a needle and thread, you can loosen the elastic by removing a stitch from the side, simply pull the ankle of the shoe away from the top to expose the elastic. Loosen the elastic and add a stitch. If you prefer, you can also take them to a tailor or sewing shop

Sincerely,

Marlene
