Stephen Joseph Review: Great Gifts for Kids

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Stephen Joseph Gifts. Toddler Boy has been using a Quilted Backpack for over a year and a half and it’s been my go-to birthday gift for his friends. I am absolutely thrilled that Stephen Joseph is participating in the Get Cool for School Bash through awesome reviews and generous giveaways (more on the giveaways next week!).

About Stephen Joseph Gifts
Stephen Joseph Gifts is a fresh, bright and innovative line of gifts for children. Our passion is to create the cutest gift items in the industry! … With vibrant colors, exceptional quality and caring attention to every detail, Stephen Joseph Gift products are appealing to customers both young and old!

Stephen Joseph generously provided Toddler Boy with a Zoo Square Lunchbox. The lunchbox is insulated with a velcro strap to hold a drink, a pocket on the inside and a zippered pocket on the outside. The Lunchbox is a good size with more than enough room for a packed lunch. (You can get an idea of the size of the box from the photos below.) I really love having the velcro to hold a sippy cup in place so that it doesn’t roll around and smoosh a sandwich or crackers or anything else “fragile”. The inside pocket is great for small utensils or napkins and the outside pocket is useful to store a little something you want to keep separate.

Don’t be fooled into thinking that because this is a lunchbox it is only good for Toddler Boy to take food to school. We’ve been using it a lot as a family rather than a small cooler when we go to the pool or the park. It’s small enough that it’s easy to bring along (and Toddler Boy is happy to carry it) and it is big enough to hold snacks and a a drink for my son and containers of food for Baby Girl. The lunchbox is also quite sturdy and easy to wipe clean.

The Zoo pattern, like all Stephen Joseph designs, is adorable. It’s bright and cheerful, modern and graphic, and just plain fun to look at. Some of my other favorite patterns are Girl Pirate (Argh! So cute!), Dino and Ladybug. What’s fun, too, is that if you find a pattern you really like you can get practically anything to match and coordinate from backpacks to room decor to stationery.

To Buy… Um, yes! I highly recommend Stephen Joseph Gifts. I think the products are adorable, fabulously made and a great value for the money. I have no doubt we’ll purchase more Stephen Joseph for our family and for friends.

Or Not to Buy… From the time I started thinking about writing this post I’ve been trying to come up with something I don’t like about Stephen Joseph products. I didn’t think of anything. The only improvement I can see is the ability to order embroidered items through the Stephen Joseph webstore. You know how I feel about personalized gear for kids (LOVE) and you CAN have the quilted items embroidered, just not directly through the Stephen Joseph site.

Shop! Check out the new Stephen Joseph webstore for the complete line of products. You can purchase the Lunch Box for only $14.99 and the Quilted Backpack is $24.99.

Win! The Get Cool for School Bash will include TWO Stephen Joseph prizes! Stay tuned…
