Smart Mom Jewelry Teething Bling Review + Giveaway

As moms know, it’s hard to find the balance between being stylish and practical. Gone are the days when we suffer with every step just to look cute in the latest and greatest pair of slingbacks. (Well, maybe I should just speak for myself. After all, I’m lucky if I get a shower and a matching outfit together.) Now my fashion choices are made based on what’s clean, easy to wear and what my kids won’t destroy. Enter Smart Mom Teething Bling.

Teething Bling was inspired by babies who like to tug on our jewelry. It is the original patent-pending teething jewelry.

Teething Bling Jewelry was founded in 2002 by smart moms Kendra and Amy. They recognized that infants put everything in their mouths and tend to grab at keys, necklaces and will gnaw on just about everything they’re not supposed to. They created a product that makes babies happy while moms look good. Teething Bling is available in pendants, bangles and keychains.

Teething Bling products are safe for baby. All are made of non-toxic, phthalate, BPA, PVC and lead free and all pendants come with a breakaway clasp. In fact, it’s made from the same material as many teething toys.

Smart Mom provided me with the Amythest and Jade Donut Shaped Pendants to review, and I love them. I actually planned my outfit for my big dinner at my college reunion around the Jade necklace and I wasn’t even taking Baby Girl with me. That’s how much I like it.

Baby Girl loves them, too. She pulls and chews on the necklace when I’m wearing it and it certainly keeps her happy and entertained. And, even though it’s not so much recommended, I’ve been known to attach the necklace around her carseat handle so can play with it. It keeps her that happy.

To Buy… Smart Mom Jewelry is very affordable and definitely serves its purpose. I enjoyed wearing the Pendant and Baby Girl enjoyed playing with and chewing on it.

Or Not to Buy… I wish that the Pendant was available in shorter or adjustable lengths. I know the length is necessary so babies can grab and pull at it, but for the style factor I’d like the variety.
